Accommodations in several hotels within walking distances from the railway station and the venue of the meeting have already been booked at a special price for the conference. You will find more information about hotels on the accomodation page

Please note that you can register for the conference and book your accomodation at the same time (on the same form). We strongly recommend that you book your accomodation as you register because July is a holiday season. Special needs for accomodations will be taken by Valérie Vivona at Nancy Congrès.

Registration at Nancy will start on Monday afternoon July 13, and will be followed by a welcome reception.

Tuesday July 14, is Bastille Day (French national holiday) and is reserved for excursions.

REGISTRATION FEES before 11th June 8:00 am CEST (CEST is 2 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC):

- member: 220.00 euros
- non-member: 265.00 euros
- student member: 140.00 euros
- student non-member: 165.00 euros
- accompanying person: 110.00 euros

Registration fees after 11th June:
- members: 270 euros
- non-member: 325 euros
- sudent member : 170 euros
- student non-member: 200 euros
- accompanying person: 135 euros

All registration fees include : the ice breaker party, the lunches, the coffee breaks, transportation from and to Lorraine TGV station, the gala dinner and the excursions

Cancellation Policy: A 20 € cancellation fee will be charged on any cancellations received by June 19, 2009. No refunds will be given after June 19, 2009.
